Beauty Chocolate Smoothie
Makes 1 serving
* ½ banana
* 1 ½ cups dairy-free milk or water
* 1 tablespoon ground chia seed
* 1 large handful spinach or kale
* 1 cup frozen berries
* 2 tablespoons raw cacao
* ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
* 1 splash vanilla extract
* Ice (optional)
Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
