Green Goddess Smoothie

Makes 1 serving

* 2 cups spinach
* 1 1/2 cups dairy-free milk or water
* 2 tablespoons almond butter
* 1/2 cup mixed frozen berries
* 1 tablespoon flax meal
* Sweetener to taste (honey, maple syrup or coconut palm sugar)
* Ice (optional)

Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a tall glass or serve in a bowl and add nuts, seeds and fruits to your liking for a smoothie bowl!
