Salad doesn't have to have rules!

It doesn't even have to have lettuce! 

Use whatever you have in your fridge and cupboards that needs to be eaten. 

Think of it like a salad bar and add whatever you think will work together. 

The 3 main components just need to be: veggies, protein & a healthy fat.


* any kind of salad
* any kind of vegetables
* any kind of fruits
* any kind of herbs
* any kind of beans
* any kind of protein (chicken, fish, shrimp, etc)
* any kind of nuts
* any kind of seeds
* any kind of healthy salad dressing
