Makes about 1/2 cup

* 1 large lemon, juiced
* ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
* 1 garlic clove, minced
* 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
* Sea salt and black pepper

Mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl or mason jar.

Serve with a salad.
