Sautéed Zucchini

Makes 4 servings

* 1 tablespoon coconut oil
* 2 large zucchinis, chopped
* Sea salt and black pepper

Heat the pan. Add the coconut oil to a warm pan. 

Once the oil is melted, add the chopped zucchini and sauté for about 5 to 8 minutes. 

Sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper and serve with Roasted Chicken.
