Sweet Potato Chips

Makes 2 servings

* 2 large sweet potatoes, thinly sliced
* 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
* ½ teaspoon sea salt
* 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200c). 

Place the sweet potato slices, coconut oil, and spices to a mixing bowl. Mix well. 

Next, lay the slices on a non-stick baking sheet. Bake the chips for 20 minutes. 

Flip the chips to the opposite side and bake for an additional 5 to 7 minutes until the edges are crisp.
